How about a module with an online searchable database of Encompass fields? The Excel file is mediocre at best. I'd like to be able to search descriptions, search specific fields to see what the option values are for biz rules, etc.
With multiple environments we are at the point where we are grouping changes together into periodic releases. This means that we can be making a lot of changes all at the same time. It would awesome if it were possible to upload an Excel file into the Change Management tool to log all of the changes at once, rather than having to manually log each item. Tons of time savings!
